Hayley Atkins the founder, owner and Head Coach of Clubbie Coach is very active coach, "I don't just stand on the sideline. I get involved, pushing my athletes when the numbers are scarce especially over those winter months and physically rubbing arms during technique drills. I think you learn a lot about your athletes training next to them every now and then".
