(u/12 & u/13 added October once attended 2 months of Saturday sessions).

Pls remember athletes should arrive 10mins prior to session start time for self preparation, self massage / foam rolling and band work. This ensures we do not waste our time together!

WHAT YOU NEED: runners, water bottle and towel or gym mat + self massage equipment, power band & micro band. Spikes and blocks if you have them for Saturday’s.
