Minimum 2 athletes for session to go ahead

5:05-510pm Athlete arrival & self massage / prep. ALL ATHLETES are to have already done their foam rolling etc and jogged prior to Coach arrival at 510.

Pls remember athletes should arrive 5-10mins prior to session start time for self preparation & self massage / foam rolling. This ensures we do not waste our time together !

WHAT YOU NEED: runners, spikes and blocks if you have them water bottle and towel or gym mat + self massage equipment.
