5:05-510pm Athlete arrival & self massage / prep. ALL ATHLETES are to have already done their foam rolling etc and jogged prior to Coach arrival at 510

The Clifton Hill, Collingwood athletics track is being upgraded so until such time as it is finished we will be at this location.

MEET on the AFL oval behind the soccer club house

Pls remember athletes should arrive 5-10mins prior to session start time for self preparation & self massage / foam rolling. This ensures we do not waste our time together !

WHAT YOU NEED: runners, spikes and blocks if you have them water bottle and towel or gym mat + self massage equipment.
