Pls remember athletes should arrive 5-10mins prior to session start time for self preparation & self massage / foam rolling. This ensures we do not waste our time together !

WHAT YOU NEED: runners, spikes, blocks (blocks if you have them), water bottle and towel or gym mat + self massage equipment.

SESSION FEES:
Normal session fees apply – FREE first session for newcomers. MUST RSVP.
