Athletes are expected to arrive 5mins early for self preparation including self massage / foam rolling.

What you need: runners, spikes, blocks (blocks if you have them), water bottle and towel or gym mat + self massage equipment.

- THIS SESSION STOPS OVER SOME WEEKS OF THE SCHOOL HOLIDAYS as people are away.
