Basic outline 17/18 Training Blocks:

- Pre-season pack (6 weeks)
Testing, goal setting, mentoring and conditioning

- Pre-season camp (72hrs)

- Block 3. Official Pre-season (2 months)
Aerobic / anaerobic mix, hypertrophy, interval work

- Block 4. (2 months)
Anaerobic / arobic mix & anarobic (rep work, speed intro, explosive power intro)

- Block 5. Competition season (5 months approx.)
