72 hours – $600 – Live in option avail +$135

- Mobility and plyometrics (theory and practical session).

- Mindfulness for sports and performance
- Musculoskeletal (injury prevention & rehabilitation)

WALL2WALL FITNESS / WALL2WALL NUTRITION, Catherine Wall
Nutrition Education Workshop, 60-90 minutes (facilitated by qualified nutritionist).
- Reinforcing leading a healthy lifestyle to optimize your athletic potential
- Sports nutrition resources, interactive activities and group discussion.
(Topics include but not limited to: overview of sport nutrition, appropriate foods to fuel the body and how to prepare and fuel during training, before during and after an event (according to events/age group) and ability to read food labels).

MP PSYCHOLOGY, Mark Piccolo M.App.Psych (Sport & Exercise)
- 1.5hr workshop
(Mark, a registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency and Member of the Australian Psychological Society, graduated from the University of Queensland with a Masters of Applied Psychology specialising in Sport and Exercise. Mark has enjoyed working with a range of developing and elite athletes across various sports including Golf, Soccer, and AFL. Combining his work at the Victorian Institute of Sport where he supports Victorian high performance elite athletes in Hockey, Gymnastics, Water Polo, and Swimming, he understands the importance of having a balanced approach to support optimal performance).
