Pls have your warm up done and ready for main set at 9:30AM EDST / 8:30AM EST.

Pls remember athletes should arrive 10-15mins prior to session start time for self preparation & self massage / foam rolling etc.. This ensures we do not waste our time together !

WHAT YOU NEED: runners, water bottle gym mat + self massage equipment, bands etc.
