Session 4:30-5:30PM EDST / 3:30-430PM EST.
Pls have your warm up done and ready for main set at 5:00PM EDST / 4:00PM EST.

Pls remember athletes should arrive 5-10mins prior to session start time for self preparation & self massage / foam rolling etc.. This ensures we do not waste our time together !

WHAT YOU NEED: runners, water bottle gym mat + self massage equipment, bands etc.
