Before attending this session / location, please ensure you have filed out the Glen Huntly Athletics Club membership form and paid their fees – (form located in documents).

Members from any club welcome

Minimum 2 athletes for session to go ahead Pls remember athletes should arrive 5-10mins prior to session start time for self preparation & self massage / foam rolling / band work etc.. This ensures we do not waste our time together !

WHAT YOU NEED: runners, spikes and blocks if you have them water bottle and gym mat + self massage equipment and bands.
