Minimum 2 athletes for session to go ahead Pls remember athletes should arrive 5-10mins prior to session start time for self preparation & self massage / foam rolling. This ensures we do not waste our time together !

WHAT YOU NEED: runners, spikes and blocks if you have them water bottle and towel or gym mat + self massage equipment.
