Group training - inconsistent or not yet started athletes

Hi team,

Term 4 if upon us and it’s now or never. Once we hit competition season, it’s to late to put in the hard work. We’ll need to taper for comps and recover from comps.

- Inconsistent athletes have till 27th of Oct to show regular attendance
- Those wishing to start with us have till 18th of October requiring immediate consistency

From the above, if you have not started with us or show consistancy you will not be permitted to attend group training sessions till next season / July 2020

PLS REMEMBER:
- Be 10/15 MINS EARLY – do not arrive at session start time. All self massage and band work is to be done before session start time.

- No athletes will be accepted at training sessions with UNPAID / OUTSTANDING FEES. No shows and late cancellations will still be charged so please communicate prior to session start.

- If you turn up WITHOUT LONG PANTS on you will NOT be training.

REMEMBER to read session fees on events when replying. Many have not been taking notice (globe athletic Gym, Westgate Gym & Recovery lab sessions are different to Clubbie Coach running sessions).
